Combined Police and Fire Honour Guard Competition:   We of The Chicago Highland Rifles are proud to be a part of the First Annual Combined Police and Fire Honor Guard Competition This competition is intended to promote excellence in drill and ceremonies within guard units and fellowship and camaraderie between guards units.
